4th international conference on New Diamond and Nano Carbons-2010 NDNC was hold in Suzhou from 16-20 May, 2010. Dr. Aiying Wang participated in this conference and gave two poster presentations titled as “Deposition and properties of DLC films deposited by an advanced linear ion source system” and “Accurate determination of optical constants and thickness of DLC films by ellipsometry”, respectively.
